1. Your agreement with SGA Funded
These Terms govern your use of SGA Funded, including One-Step, Two-Step, and Instant programs. By registering, purchasing a program, or using an account, you agree to these Terms, the published Trading Rules, and the policies linked on this page. Read the requirements for your selected program before purchasing or trading.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. Provide accurate registration and payment information, keep your contact details current, and use only your own account. You are responsible for protecting your login details and notifying support of unauthorized access.
2. Evaluation challenges and simulated accounts
SGA Funded provides an evaluation challenge service. All program accounts, including accounts described as funded or Instant, operate in a simulated environment. No real money is involved in the trading activity: account balances, capital allocations, orders, profits, and losses are virtual and do not represent customer deposits or live market investments.
Program fees are real payments for access to the service. Any approved reward or payout is a separate contractual payment under the applicable program terms; it is not a withdrawal of the displayed account balance. Passing a challenge or seeing a positive balance does not by itself guarantee a payout, employment, or access to a live brokerage account. SGA Funded does not provide investment advice or accept investment deposits through this service.
3. Trading rules and program requirements
The Trading Rules form part of this agreement. They set the applicable targets, loss limits, position and trade limits, Stop Loss requirements, holding periods, permitted tools, and restrictions on strategies, account sharing, coordinated trading, and hedging. Account-specific restrictions apply only to the programs identified in those rules.
Daily calculations use the platform server day. A requirement published as awaiting an approved calculation, table, calendar, or activation applies only once that requirement has been approved, activated, and communicated to affected customers. Qualification requirements and inactivity deactivation retain the distinct consequences described in the Trading Rules.
4. Proven violations, suspension, and withholding
Where account records or other reliable evidence establish that you violated the applicable rules or these Terms, SGA Funded reserves the right to restrict or withhold account access, suspend or terminate the affected account, disqualify affected results, and withhold or refuse rewards or payouts attributable to the proven violation, subject to applicable law. A terminating trading-rule violation results in immediate account termination as stated in the Trading Rules; the system does not merely reject the order.
SGA Funded may review unusual activity and request relevant information. Suspicion alone is not a final finding of a violation. We will communicate an enforcement decision and its basis to the affected customer, except where disclosure is legally restricted. You may request a review by emailing support with your account reference and supporting records. An erroneous finding will be corrected, including restoration of access or eligibility where appropriate.
Not meeting Minimum Profitable Days or the Instant 40% Profit Consistency Rule blocks the relevant qualification or payout until satisfied; it does not itself terminate an account or cancel profits. The Five-Day Inactivity Rule disables designated accounts as an inactivity event, not a trading-risk breach.
5. Fees, rewards, and refunds
The price and program conditions shown when you purchase govern that purchase, subject to properly notified changes under these Terms. Fees purchase service access, not ownership of account capital. Rewards require the applicable qualification, compliance review, and payout conditions. Read the Refund and Payout Policy for refund eligibility, payment errors, and review requests.
6. Changes to rules and policies
SGA Funded reserves the right to change its rules, these Terms, and its policies on any day, provided that affected customers are informed. We will publish the revised text and effective date and notify affected customers through their registered email address or a notice in their account before the change takes effect, or at the time it takes effect when an immediate change is necessary. Any longer notice period required by law will apply.
The notice will explain what changed, when it takes effect, and which accounts it affects. Changes apply from the stated effective time and will not be used to treat earlier compliant activity as a violation. Continued use after a notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact support about account closure and any rights that apply to your purchase.
7. Availability, content, and responsibility
Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, platform interruptions, or third-party services. Report suspected errors promptly with the time and relevant records; do not exploit them. An interruption does not automatically establish either a violation or entitlement to compensation.
SGA Funded retains rights in its branding, website, and service content. You may use them to participate in the service, but may not misuse the platform, bypass access controls, or reproduce our content commercially without permission. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Questions, complaints, and applicable rights
Send questions, complaints, account-review requests, or closure requests to support@sgafunded.com. Include your registered email and account or order reference, but never send your password. These Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent court, regulator, or other dispute process available under applicable law.
