1. What your payment covers
A program fee pays for access to the selected SGA Funded evaluation service. Trading takes place with virtual balances and no real money is traded. The fee itself and any approved contractual reward are real payments, separate from the displayed account balance. Review the price and account-specific conditions before paying.
2. Refund eligibility and cancellations
Where your purchased program includes a fee refund after the first successful payout, eligibility arises after the required evaluation has been passed, the qualifying account has been issued, and the first successful payout has been completed. The program conditions communicated at purchase determine whether this benefit applies and the eligible amount; it is not a promise that every account or fee is refundable.
For cancellation requests, duplicate or incorrect charges, or services you could not access, contact support with your order reference, payment date, and relevant proof. We will review the purchase conditions, service delivery, and any mandatory cancellation or refund rights. Failing a challenge, not achieving a target, or account inactivity does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or cancellation right required by law.
3. Payout requirements
Payout eligibility, profit split, cycle, and any minimum amount follow the conditions of your selected account. Account ownership, payment details, qualification requirements, and rule compliance may be verified before approval. A displayed profit is not an unconditional payment entitlement. Processing begins after the request is complete and approved; payment-provider or network delays can affect receipt.
Instant accounts require at least three Profitable Days per payout cycle and a best-day profit no greater than 40% of total net profit for that cycle. An unmet qualification requirement keeps a payout unavailable until satisfied without itself terminating the account or cancelling profits. See the Trading Rules for the complete requirements.
4. Withholding for proven violations
If reliable account records or other evidence prove a breach of the applicable rules, SGA Funded may suspend or terminate the affected account and withhold or refuse payouts attributable to that breach as described in the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law. We will explain the decision and provide a support review route. An unmet qualification requirement or inactivity alone is not treated as proof of a terminating trading violation.
5. Requests, payment details, and changes
Email support@sgafunded.com from your registered address with your account or order reference. Never send a password, wallet recovery phrase, or private key. Confirm the recipient, payment method, currency, and network before submitting payment details. Any approved refund method and timing will be communicated after review, subject to provider requirements and applicable law.
Changes to this policy follow the customer-notification and effective-date provisions in the Terms of Service. They do not retrospectively remove a refund or payment entitlement that has already arisen under the applicable conditions or law.
