SGA Funded handles the information you provide when registering, placing an order, contacting support, or applying as a reseller. This can include your name, email, account details, country, application information, messages, payment references, payment-proof uploads, and payout destination details. If verification is required, we may request information needed to verify identity or payment ownership.

We also process account activity and trading records, rule-review records, consent preferences, referral and discount information, and technical information such as IP address, browser details, session information, and security events generated through use of the service.

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver purchased services, reconcile payments, assess program eligibility, review rule compliance, process approved payouts, attribute reseller referrals, answer requests, and communicate service or rule changes. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performing our agreement with you, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service subject to your rights, or consent. Promotional email preferences are separate from service notices. You may withdraw marketing consent without stopping essential account or policy-change communications.

Information needed to operate the service is handled by providers supporting hosting, account authentication, data storage, security checks, email delivery, trading infrastructure, and payment processing. Payment and wallet providers also handle information under their own policies. If you use a reseller referral, information needed to attribute and reconcile that referral may be shared with the relevant reseller; this does not authorize access to your password or unrelated account records.

We may disclose relevant information where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply.

Information is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of active accounts, payment and accounting obligations, security investigations, disputes, and legal retention duties. Closing an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for these purposes. Ask support for information about retention of your records.

Access controls and other security measures help protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where an applicable legal exception requires it.

The Cookie and Storage Policy explains browser storage, preferences, and security services. Updates to this policy will carry an effective date, and affected customers will be informed by registered email or an account notice. Where a new use of information requires consent or another legal step, a policy update alone does not replace that requirement.
